Representative Amira Al-Adly, a member of the House of Representatives and founder of the Cairo Liberal Club, proposed amending the draft law submitted by the government by amending some provisions of the Income Tax Law promulgated by Law No. 91 of 2005. 1 INTRODUCTION  This year marks the centenary of the inclusion of the right to private property and its protection in the Egyptian constitution.
